1. Eligibility Window:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund or exchange.

2. Condition for Return:

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

4. Proof of Purchase Required:

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

5. Partial Refunds (Not Full):

Partial refunds are given for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (if not the company’s error).
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

6. The Refund Process:

  • After your return is received and inspected, the company will email you about its approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

7. Sale Items:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible.

8. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.

9. Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate after the return is processed.
  • If it was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund goes to the original purchaser (the gift giver).

10. Shipping for Returns:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
  • The company recommends using a trackable service for expensive items, as they do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
